Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by CoreFrame Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, submitting an order form, or making a payment, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

CoreFrame Studio provides premium web development, frontend engineering, backend systems, and UI/UX design services to business clients. The specific deliverables, timeline, and scope for each engagement are defined by the mutually agreed-upon project brief and the corresponding order form submission.

2. Order Form Data & Payment Matching

Order form submission is the sole mechanism for linking payment to service delivery. Payment without an accompanying form submission nullifies our obligation to deliver services.

When a Client makes a payment -- whether via cryptocurrency (providing a TXID) or bank wire (providing a reference note) -- the Client is required to submit the corresponding order form on our website with accurate identifying details. This order form is the only record used by CoreFrame Studio to match incoming payments to specific projects and clients.

If a payment is received but no order form has been submitted, CoreFrame Studio is under no contractual, legal, or moral obligation to identify the payer, initiate contact, or commence any work. The burden of proof and identification lies entirely with the Client.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full or in accordance with the agreed milestone schedule prior to the commencement of work. Accepted payment methods include cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC) and bank wire / Paysera transfer.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the final deliverables are transferred to the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. CoreFrame Studio retains the right to use anonymized project summaries in its portfolio.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information exchanged during the engagement as confidential. Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

CoreFrame Studio warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Beyond this, services are provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or revenue increases resulting from the deliverables.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreFrame Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for undelivered milestones.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoreFrame Studio is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Amendments

CoreFrame Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
